After an initial interview with Erin you will assigned one of our team members over a 4 session block. You will be assigned according to individual needs such as rehabilitation and goals. For instance you may be placed on a strong man program with a goal of lifting weights and kettlebells three times heavier in 8 weeks, or a stretching, yoga and meditation plan with Meredith culminated in a ballistic weights and kettlebell session with Jules.
All clients will receive a 10% discount on all weights, kettle bells, slam balls, core bags and boxing equipment that they may order during their program sessions.
$295 for 4 hour sessions prepaid

You will get...
An intense 45 minute session and a copy of your program for your future use, stretch and rub with beautiful Perfect Potion oils heat remedial treatments and samples. Plus Erin will keep you on track with and nutritional and life coaching. All at your home, work or local park! (and if you are a new mum Erin will design a program that will allow me to hold your baby... and even include your baby in the session).
Be-aware... you will be interviewed for the position. Your 45 minutes of training does not include your life story. Erin will only train those who really want to train and trust in her 17 years experience. I will not waste your money by going for a walk/ jog with you around the block.
$450 for 4 hour sessions prepaid
CONDITIONS OF HOME OR AT WORK TRAINING:
* Sessions are pre-booked and pre-paid so that you have the necessary motivation to honor your appointment. All cancellations must be received prior to 24 hours with the exception of medical emergencies or the prepaid session is forfeited.* We train in Northside Brisbane within 15 kilometres of the CBD (for example Newfarm, Alderley, Mitchelton, Kedron, Arana Hills and even Samford Village). Travel outside of those areas P.O.A.
